
REFUND & RETURN
Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted once the order has been processed and/or shipped. Any claims for damages or shortages must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photo evidence.
Refunds will be provided for the quantity of broken eggs based on the product price. Refunds will be issued via vouchers or e-wallet within 3 business days. All refund claims are subject to evaluation and approval by QL Resources Bhd. on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be granted if the product is found to have been mishandled by the buyer (e.g., improper storage) or if the issue is due to other buyer-related factors.
REFUND & RETURN DUE TO COURIER DELAY
A full refund of the product value will be issued in the form of a voucher (for use on your next purchase) if the item is not received within 14 days from the shipping date.
Product returns are not required. Refunds will be processed once the parcel is confirmed as undelivered. Buyers must contact us directly to initiate a claim.
